Our refrigerator broke down this week, and unlike every other repair group we called, Thrift went out of their way to get a repair technician out to our house that day. I think he came to see us on his lunch hour. He was able to quickly let us know that the problem wasn't easily fixable, which let us make a quick decision about buying a new appliance while our food was sitting in styrofoam coolers. We were very happy with the responsiveness, the professionalism and the advice. We'd definitely use this company again.

I have had MANY experiences with this company, and each time they have been helpful and their appliances have withstood the test of time. A few years back I bought a gas stove from them and it lasted it me 3 years until I had to move out of my house at which time my landlord took it and put it into another property of his. In 2009 I purchased a Maytag stove from there about a year later the heating element went out in my stove and the owner Allan came out and repaired it. I have also purchased a refrigerator and a washer and dryer and they have worked just fine for many years. I love this place and have gone back many times and will continue to go back!!

Needed my Maytag Dryer repaired. New Thrift and Appliance sent Jessie out to service it and repair it. Very knowledgeable young man who diagnosed the problem immediately. he told me he would have to return later with a new part. Dryer was repaired in a timely manner and Jessie was very professional. Thank you for such good service!
