Jeff arrived on time and was efficient and personable in replacing the compressor in our refrigerator. I was pleased and relieved that he had the new part and necessary tools on the truck. |

However, this was a repair to a refrigerator and after he left, it never cooled. We have been waiting for a month since our first call first to have the repairman come out, then to get parts, then to get them installed so we were REALLY wanting a functioning refrigerator. The next day I had to call and make another appointment and we have to wait ANOTHER ten days to get someone to come out again and figure out what the problem is. I am NOT happy. |
