| Judy Koon | I would rate our technician a 5 star but with the way Sears schedules their service calls I think a 3 star is generous. I have a real issue with being given a time frame of 8am to 5pm for the service call to be completed. Plus no updates if the technician is on his way or a couple hours out. It is unreasonable to expect a consumer to be available ALL DAY and then over book a technician so they don't arrive until 6pm. For this reason I would think twice before buying another sears product. |
