| Godzilla James | Great...I lucked out and walked by a store meeting just as it was breaking up with my Menards tool/nail pouch on my waist and caught one of the managers eye and said, " oh,..I missed the store meeting"...to which she looked down at my Menards pouch and said,.."what's up with that,...pointing down at my......... It took me a second to realize she was pointing at my Menards pouch....She said,...come on, I can take care of that....she walked me over to the tool isle and grabbed me a Home Depot nail bag free of charge....she made me feel valued with her quick wit and special attention. Need less to say I tossed the Menards belt and now proudly wear her Home Depot belt everyday....Thanks. |
