| Ben Bears | Had issue with a/c and was told it would need complete replacement and gave the go ahead to do what was needed along with replacing furnace as well. After waiting over a week for parts to come in they began work. After removing the old unit they realized they had ordered the wrong parts so I had to wait another 3 days for the right part. after installing this part on a Friday they left. The unit never did start cooling like they said it would. It is now Monday afternoon and I still do not have working a/c. Next time I will call Domestic plumbing, heating and cooling. |
