| LW K | My elderly mom had to deal with Sears because she mistakenly bought a warranty because, well, back in the day Sears was great. Not recently and our experience confirmed it. Originally the wait for an appointment was 3 weeks. Unconscionable but there it is. Day of appointment, Sears called, claimed the truck broke down and another appointment wouldn't be available for ANOTHER three weeks. Well you all see what's going on - they didn't want to honor the warranty. We had to raise a giant stink to get them out there. It was a horrible experience. |
