| Stephanie Schroeder | If I could give no stars I would. We had water backing up in our basement last weekend and they sent one person to fix the issue. This kid was here from 6PM until 1AM. Thank god my husband and father-in-law were here because they had to help him carry his heavy equipment down the stairs. He was going to use one little bucket to empty the filthy water out of our pipes and ended up using two of our personal trash cans to fill with this disgusting water. My husband and father-in-law were the ones who carried the trash buckets outside and disposed of the water without masks or gloves mind you. He also left our sump pump battery in the water and this no longer works because of it. When he finally got the problem fixed- he left in a hurry and left a nasty mess for us to clean up. I would NOT recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. |
