But this time my jaw dropped when they handed me the quote for 376.28 to replace a bad drain pump. I called around and several places told me they don't work on Samsungs, but Lampe said no problem and came the next day. They were fast, especially considering that the way the machine is built pretty much everything else had to be pulled off to get to the pump, and the bill was 194.67, so barely more than half of what Sears tried to charge. |
