My own experience has been quite different. John has serviced appliances in my home on several occasions & has always done a very good job. His prices are reasonable & his expertise is unsurpassed. The first time he came to my house was for a dishwasher issue that another repairman was unable to diagnose. John correctly assessed the problem & fixed the dishwasher. He has successfully worked with a company on my behalf to get a warranty covered when an appliance failed just past the warranty date. He has always responded promptly to my calls, set appointments within a short period of time, and arrived at the house when expected. If running late because of an unanticipated delay at prior call, he has kept me informed. I highly recommend Bragdon Appliance Service...and I hope that everyone in the future receives the excellent service that I have experienced |
