Great service! My refrigerator died over the weekend. He will get rid of my old refrigerator and put in a temporary one until he can get what I want to replace the old. I but locally because I know I'll get the service I need!

I had a good experience and would go back. The prices were a little more expensive than other places in Ames but I came to an agreement with the owner, which was a good guy. I got the washing machine I needed the next day at a very reasonable price. The delivery personal was on time and did a great job. They were in and out quickly and were polite. I am happy with the purchase I made!

I used Duffy's appliance years ago but was not happy. My dryer would continually ruin clothes by getting them cause between the drum and the housing. It was a front load and I said I thought I saw a split in it where the clothes could catch because it would catch draw strings, straps, etc. They told me that I was doing laundry wrong and to turn zip ups inside out. Needless to say this did nothing and after having a tech over twice I sold it and shopped at Lowe's. It wasn't their fault the machine was defective but how they handled it was poor. I expected better service having bought a new machine. Oh well. I'm happier with Lowe's.
