Blown away. Amazing. I don't usually write reviews but the electrician who came to my home deserves some praise. Jack arrived and immediately made me feel taken care of. He was attentive and displayed a level of genuine concern for my insignificant cosmetic fix that is seldom experienced when dealing with tradesmen. He is one of the most well-spoken, intelligent and thorough individuals I've ever met and is fantastic to converse with. To think I received this level of care and service for a minuscule problem can only make me imagine the exceptional level of service he provides customers with more dire electrical issues. With Jack, you are good hands.

My it has been such a month. We started by finding water standing in the kitchen. This is when we first met Nate from Lazer. He found we had a cascade of failures up to and including a new disposal. At that time, we got signed up for their partnership program, and set it up for Amber to set up plumbing, electrical, and plumbing inspections. They come with the membership. We ended up having two electricians out. Both were professional and explain what we needed, what we could do, and what would we be able to do and not break the bank. Which is good because the water heater was not going to last until October when we planned our next big investment. Nate worked out a estimate with a couple options. We went with the full boat, water heater, furnace, AC with humidifier and conditioner rolled in. He found us financing and a coupon, not to mention the discount for being a partner. Within a week we had Nate, George, and Michael and their helpers in. They cleaned up everything, explained it all, laughed at our cats, and made us feel comfortable and confident with our choices. Nate assured us we can go with either the kitchenette upstairs or the powder room downstairs next, especially if we bake more cookies.

Thank you Lazer! Our technician Mike did an outstanding job and actually took the time to speak with my husband and I and answer any questions we had in regards to needing sewer line replacement. What I like about lazer is they offer different Solutions and payment plans. I did not feel limited to only one way of taking care of business. Mike made a special trip just to answer questions and make sure we had a thorough understanding Of what to expect for repair and replacement. Thank you Mike for your help and your professionalism
