I've emailed them twice in 3 days, and called 3 times speaking to the same woman each time. All I wanted was the pricing on 4 sectionals, I made that call at 10 am and she said she would get back to me. It is now the next day and I never recieved a call. Really bad business manners. Would be more convenient if your prices were online since noone likes to reply to anything. |
