Appliance Repair by Jeannie’s TV & Appliance in Terre Haute, Indiana

I almost did not call this company after reading the reviews. But I needed my D/W repaired. I was pleasantly surprised, no one was rude. They handled my call politely. I had to call back twice to give them my model no and serial number. Was hard to see on my D/W, door was against a cabinet. The repairman was about 15 minutes late, no big deal. He did the repair, said he felt this would fix it, if it did not he told me what the fix would be if the code came up again and the cost if needed. He also said I had a 30 day warranty. I just did not experience any of the negatives others said they have, and yes the D/W is working just fine. On top of that he had to drive at least 35 miles or more to get here as we are rural and the cost was I felt, reasonable. I will say this was a very positive experience and I will gladly use their services again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!!! I paid for them to fix my Samsung refrigerator and it broke again. The same problem as before and they told me they will not fix it unless I pay another fee. I took them a MONTH to fix my fridge and it took three different appointments and two people at a time trying to fix it. Very disappointed that all my groceries went to waste. I asked to speak the manager Jeremy and he was EXTREMELY RUDE! I then asked to speak to the person above him and he told me no. I then called back and ask to speak to her and when I told him my name he laughed! The owner name is Lee and she hung up without saying goodbye. Employees are rude and have poor manners. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Had an appointment, the forgot to check their "dispatch." Took the day off for nothing.
