Oh everything is severely overpriced, anytime you miss a payment they call everyone you know looking for your payment. They can't even wait 3 hours after they open to freak out on when are they getting their payment. About every week for the past month I've been woken up to rentacenter having called my friends and family. It's ridiculous and very unprofessional, if I were any of you I would rather go to American rental because these guys have a poor sense of customer service and tried to bully their way into my wife letting them in my home so they could take their stuff back and refuse any sort of a payment. You'd be better off saving your money and buying something outright instead of dealing with all of this, because rentacenter is not worth it!!! |
