Matt was amazing to work with. He is super responsive, accommodating, and proved very reliable, following through with what he said he'd do on three occasions. I first called Matt about replacing the rubber gasket on our front load washing machine. He responded right away, had the part the next day and installed it the following day. We needed it in a rush because we were moving. While he was here I mentioned that the moving company was going to charge us 250 to disconnect the washer and dryer. He offered to come back the next week and disconnect them for freeand he did. In between those days our dishwasher stopped latching. Matt rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. It turned out I had overfilled the top rack and it started latching again after emptying. I realized this before Matt arrived and was able to cancel with no fee, even though he had rearranged his schedule. In addition to all this, he was very pleasant to talk to and even removed his shoes without batting an eye as some do since we are a shoe-free house. I would recommend Matt without hesitation.

Was hour and1/2 late stayed for less than 5 minutes then stated he would have to come back tomorrow. Txts us in the middle of the two hour window stating to find someone else to get my repairs done after waiting almost a week for service.
