moment impact	I don't leave bad feedback but this has been horrible. I don't know of any repair service that takes 3 weeks to repair a washer. The techs aren't bad but the system is horrible. 3weeks! Call someone else, someone local. They will give you an appointment from 8am to 5pm, x's that by 3. Just buy a new appliance before you think of calling them. They spam you like a telemarketer with there home insurance and other services. Horrible!
Nicholas Shepherd	They accidentally double charged me and when I tried to get this corrected I got the run around for 24 hours. Finally got to someone who knew what they were doing and it's going to take another 24-48 hours before they can refund my double charge. I will never use this repair shop again. And I suggest that you don't either.
