| A G | We called them on a Friday evening and was called right back and told they'd have someone at our home 8am on New Years Day to fix our furnace! The technician showed up on time, very friendly, made sure he cleaned his shoes before walking in every time he came in our home. Very well vursed on the geothermal furnace we have, diagnosed it well unlike the last company and fixed it pretty quickly. I was highly impressed with their customer service at the office and beyond thankful and happy with the technician. Thank you all very much! |
