Justint452 | I called to inquire about running a gas line through my crawlspace for my house to the dryer. They told me they would send someone out to check it out, they previously ran every other line in the house for the last owner who I bought the house off of so they already knew how everything was ran. They came out and said if I emptied the water heater and moved it out of the way they could get access too the crawlspace to run the line. They said they would come out sometime next week. They said they would get ahold of first thing Monday. I drained the water heater and moved it out of the way so it would be ready. Next week came around and I tried calling about 4 times leaving two voicemails to see when they could make it out, no answer or callback throughout the whole week. I finally got ahold of them and they said that there is no way they could run the line there isn't enough space in the crawlspace. This crawlspace is 3 foot deep by the way. Plenty of room. I asked why they told me it would be no problem the first time they were out and why they had me empty the water heater and move it out of the way. The guy told me he never said that. My dad was there as well when they told us this. So first they waste about 5 days of my time when I could of been looking for someone else to install, and then I have to call repeatedly just to find out they say they can't after they said they could. Then he switched his story to they are just too busy right now. Why couldn't of they just said that to begin with instead of telling me they would do it no issues? Place is terrible, I would not recommend them. Their customer service is awful. And to lie about something is beyond me. Two thumbs down, I wish I had more. |
