| H Brown | They're very nice and knowledgeable... until they get your money. I had no problem with the sales people or the delivery guys hence the 2 stars instead of 1. However, when my stackable laundry unit died after only a year and 8 months, I had many problems with the repair guywouldn't return my calls, cancelled at the last minute, claimed he called but my phone shows no such calls and/or messages and the manager who claimed he wanted me to be satisfied but didn't want to do anything to resolve the situation except charge me another 350 full price of repair. If you buy from them, just hope you don't need customer service after the sale. You won't get it. |
