| Julie Wake | Junk Pure Junk. I bought a top of the line Kenmore refrig which is actually made by Samsung 3 years ago and the compressor goes out. I had a repairman come out he tells me to call a Sears repairman that the compressor is junk and Sears knew it. I called talked to someone who could barely speak English setup an appt for 2 weeks later. I waited all day just to get a text saying they over booked and they couldnt come until Monday. Monday comes no show but he does at least call this time. My husband told him what the other repairman said and he agreed said the compress was under warranty for 5 years but I would have to pay the labor cost and a 125.00 for my husband to tell him what was wrong with it. 2 weeks later I get parts delivered to my house then 1 1/2 weeks later he shows up to put it in. He tells us that SEARS, SAMSUNG AND LG ALL KNOW THOSE COMPRESS ARE JUNK AND WILL NOT LAST. So 490.00 later I have a 2500.00 refrig that might last 3 more years. Sears producks are junk and their service sucks really bad.JUNK PURE JUNK |
