Every time I called it seemed that the lady wanted to get rude with me, I'm sorry I'm trying to get something worked out here. About a month later now the furnace does not work once again. So we called so they could come back but they said they put us on a do not service list because we didn't pay them, which we did pay them. I came to an agreement with the owner on how much was going to be paid. Really bad customer service from the office, I've worked in customer service for a several years and I would NEVER talk to a customer the way their receptionist spoke to me. Save your time and money! |
