| Kathy Harrold | when I called, a lady answered and I explained to her I was needing a repair on my Samsung refrigerator, she then said hold on a minute and said she'd give the phone to someone who could help. I then was on the phone with a lady that said that I needed to talk to her husband "Roy" and gave me the phone number. I called Roy and was told he'd come the next day to take a look at it. He arrived and I was told that I needed a control board and he'd look for the part and get back to me. I then paid him the 49 bucks for service fee. I waited and waited and finally I called him about a week later and he said he's still trying to find the part at a cheaper price and he'd let me know. I then waited again and I had to call the mail number again since he wasn't answering his cell number. The "original" lady again answered the phone and I told her that I needed to get ahold of Roy and I was told by her that he doesn't not work for them anymore and was working for himself. I then asked if she could let Roy's wife know that I'm needing Roy to call me ASAP and she said "I don't know who she is"???? WHAT. I then told her that I called this same number and she answered the phone and she was the person that handed to phone to Roy's wife and now she was telling me she didn't know who she was?? She did some fancy back peddling and said she did know her and she'd sometimes go bring her some groceries etc etc...abit shady if you ask me..I really think they are just going to houses to get people's 49 bucks. I did call Roy and he said he didn't have a chance to look for part and he has been at a funeral but said he did find out from Samsung that the part is like 200 bucks and would take like 14 days to get here and he'd needed me to go online to pay for it and he'd come put it on. I said no, I'd get back to him. I did find the part myself and ordered it and it was delivered very next day. I put part on myself. SOO my opinion is to do not this vendor. |
