Excellent service. Drew, the service technician, was quick and honest. The price was as I expected it to be. Services were preformed in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend again.

My husband called this company because there are so many positive reviews. And honestly I'm not sure why the positive reviews. When my husband called them he asked what they would charge to look at our air conditioner and give us an idea of what was wrong with it. They told us on the phone 60. So my husband had them come out. The guy gets here, and then tells my husband that it's 60 to come out and 80 dollars to even look at our unit to tell us what's wrong with it. So we got charged 140 for him to just look at it and tell us what he thinks is wrong. He wanted to charge 500 to have our air conditioner recharged! Both me and my husband said I guess we're going to be without air conditioning! Fast forward a couple days, and my mom graciously pays for us to get a second opinion from another company, and, the better guy, only charged us 159 to come out, look at, and recharge our air conditioner. So, ya. Won't be using Air Serv Muncie again.
