Appliance Repair by Appliance Pros LLC in Mitchell, Indiana

My washer broke and I called Appliance Pros to find out the price of a service call. To my surprise they quoted me a price that was at least 30 less than the other repair services that I called. I scheduled an appointment and they were able to come 3 days later, while the other places were scheduling at least 7-10 days ahead. On the day they were scheduled to look at my washer, which was on a Sat, they called me to see if it was ok if the technician arrived an hour early. Of course I was elated and said yes! 15 minutes after they called me the technician arrived!! He was extremely courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. As he was checking out my washer he explained to me exactly what he was looking for and what could possibly be wrong with it. He was very polite and friendly, unlike my experience with other technicians at other businesses! He found the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour!! The price was so affordable that I'm sure I got the best deal in town! I will use Appliance Pros LLC for anything else that I need repaired from now on! Extremely happy with every aspect of this repair! I would highly recommend this business!

As usual the atmosphere was a mix of mostly oxygen and nitrogen, pretty standard stuff. As for service, it was great and pretty reasonably priced. Dryer broke Friday, Michael came out on Sunday to diagnose and then got part and repaired on Monday. So super prompt. Michael was awesome and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Michael came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, was upfront about diagnosis and cost, and very professional, thorough and pleasant. He ordered part and was back in 2 days as promised, to install. Highly recommend this business!!!!
