Pete came out and installed a heat pump furnace system. It ran OK last winter but this winter it was not performing like it should. Called the shop and Nick got Pete back out. He found a fault and replaced a failed component. He also spent extra time with it making sure it worked. They extended my warrenty and fixed it right! It performed better than the first season. I am on budget with the utilities and my last bill shocked me being negative 87.00! Never had that happen before!

They came out and the guy ran an uunecessary wire in living room that put power out bedroom a joined to it as well as living room. I called him before he got back to town luckily or I would ve had to pay another service fee to come back. As I was informed but then he did out figure out the 2 was a joined and ran wire ftom living room to bedroom. Corrected his mistake and apologized. Costs were alot than expected than what I was told on phone and had inticpated. He did try to up sale me on putting in another circuit which I felt was not needed so the overall experience was a little disappointing even though problem got fixed I just felt like they were all about money. That's it....
