Appliance Repair by Kenny’s Shoe Repair & Orthopedic in Lafayette, Indiana

Took a suitcase to get a section of the zipper sewn back on, was received very well by the staff. Got the suitcase back and a large section of the zipper hadn't been sewn back.. three fingers worth of separation, took it back and the gentleman working the counter agreed that the repair wasn't complete. Extremely nice reception. The reception i received upon picking it up today was much different. I was treated like I'd intentionally broken it, was trying to get free work done, and she definitely didn't accept my explanation that the work was incomplete. I was excited to find a place to take my shoes for maintenance and repairs on luggage. Unfortunately this is one small business i cannot support due to the treatment encountered today.

Such a sloppy job : I waited 4 weeks and I know the shoes were just worked on a few days ago. No effort or care was put into my shoes, the stitching was sloppy, and the tops of my shoes are now uneven. I will not be going there again.
