Sales person was very helpful. Even gave me a printout on the items I was looking at, had all specifics on it. That way I could go home and compare with others I had looked at and I can make a very informed decision.

Wanted to keep my money local over spending it on big box stores... Boy was that a bad decision! The salesman there will make a bunch of promises to convince the buyer as to why they are better than the box stores but they are not prepared to back any of them up. I was promised installers would haul my dishwasher away and they didn't. I paid 15 for a new flex gas line that was never installed. Dishwasher leaked after frost load, when I called to have service done was told it would be over a week before they could be out. After my objections to time frame I was told to call trustworthy appliance and pay for it out of my pocket! I have been told 3 times over the phone that a manager would contact me over the gas line and still nothing. I guess I should have purchased my kitchen appliances from the bid box!!!

Went to Beesons first looking for refrigerator. Went all over town.made up our minds which one we liked. Could of got cheaper at another competitor. Came back from the service we received at BEESONS.liked they service in store if anything happens down the road with refrigerator. Hopefully good refrigerator and no problems
