| shawn wright | They have saved me so much money over the years. Dryer, refrigerator and now oven parts. Parts are fair on prices BUT the “real person” customer service is PRICELESS. After minutes on the phone the owner said “just text me a picture” - so I did and he called me back shortly. One hour later I had the part in my hand and the oven was fixed. I figure I've spent about 150 in parts over the years and probably saved 4000 or more in not having to buy new appliances at least 6 times over the past 20 years. Thanks |
