I will never buy Sears products again. fyi, Kenmore is actually made by LG which has a class-action lawsuit against them for this very compressor. No cost at all to repair if you own an LG, but if you own a Kenmore, you still have to pay for labor. Not cool. |

| Michele Sims | The repairman was prompt and gave me an estimate of repairs for my dishwasher which were almost as much as replacing it, so I opted to get a new one. He placed the order for me and took my payment. Unfortunately, the new dishwasher has still not been installed. They finally called and set up a delivery date, then cancelled it saying the service truck broke down and they would have to reschedule. I have called daily since the text was received cancelling the installation to get a new delivery date and have not yet received a call back to reschedule. Needless to say I'm not very happy. It has been almost 2 weeks since the order was made and they have had my money all that time, but I still do not have a dishwasher or a date set to get it. |
