| Porter Taylor | Went in for an oil change and tire rotation a couple of weeks ago. Staff seemed friendly. The whole service took close to five hours for something that could be done in less than an hour. The entire time I sat in their waiting area thinking it would be done somewhat quickly. I understand things take time, but they could have at least had the courtesy to tell me that it would take longer than expected. They gave me a 10 coupon off my 140 bill other services were done beyond just the oil change and tire rotation.A week or so after the service I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil. I took it to a different shop that had to tighten the drain plug and filter. I had already lost a quart of oil. Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a body shop and this is the first review I've ever written because I was so displeased with my service. If I could rate it zero stars I would |
| Tim O'Brien | I had a slow leak on one of my tires. In an effort to save time, I took the wheel off my car at home, and dropped it off at Levin. I received a call that the leak was fixed. I was appalled at the condition of the wheel when I picked it up. The wheel was filthy and covered with some brown substance. When I asked Levin employee to clean it, he seemed irritated. They did wash it, but but it still looked worse than when I dropped it off. They even suggested that I brought it in this way. I have been a customer for several years, and have purchased a few sets of tires over the years. See ya Levin, you lost a customer. |

I will be a life long customer and loyal to the Levin tire in highland which is well worth the drive to get the helpful, friendly service from Mike!!!!
