This is the second time I've had Perfect Climate Solutions help me. The first time was when my water heater needed to be replaced. After other places said it would be 3 weeks before they could get to me, I was given the number for Perfect Climate Solutions and they were at my house the next day. This time, my furnace wasn't kicking on and they came the same morning I called! Each time, the workers were extremely nice, knew what they were doing and the charges were very reasonable. I would recommend them any day.

I was looking for someone locally to do a blower door test to determine energy loss in my house. 20-30 leakage in my ducts. Trevor seemed to price the areas of my house, that were problem areas. I wanted prices for other items, but he didn't think, that I would get a return on my investment. I was given a price to have the aero duct sealing, duct cleaning, along with foaming my crawl space and recessed lighting insulated covers. I wouldn't have known the recessed lights were an issue, without their infrared gun. I don't have cold floors around my front and back door, due to the crawl space foaming. I turned on my air conditioning yesterday and my upstairs is about the same temperature as my upstairs. I know, that I was losing conditioned air into the attic, before the aero duct sealing. The attached photo is of the aero seal work. They cut a hole and put and plate over the hole. You can see how the aero seal material filled in the Perfect Climate Solutions letters.

I have used PCS on multiple occasions in the past 2 years. They installed our HVAC in our new house, do a spring and fall service contract, installed a wall heat and cool unit in my garage, and recently completed entire duct clean and installed an advanced filtration system. We rely on PCS for our needs. It's worked out very well and reasonably priced.
