Said he could be there that afternoon! Asked me a few questions about the fridge and what the problem was. Essentially diagnosed the problem on the phone. Gave me a window in which he would be at my place. Called me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Came in with part in hand and was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes. Fridge appears to be functioning correctly now fan had to be replaced. But, I called Gary around 8 AM and he was here by 1 PM, assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, fixed it-and we were on the road only an hour behind our original plan.
