James Crane | Worst experience ever. First technician did not know anything, called a superior and just did whatever he was told over the phone. Plus he did not even have the tools needed to work on the fridge. Not specialty tools, a simple ratchet to lower the feet of the refrigerator. So second service call arranged. Second tech knew instantly what was wrong and had the part on the truck. Replaced the part and I had to wait for it to cool off so ice could be made. Next morning instead of frozen ice, it was blowing heat, out of the icemaker. I called and insisted they come out and fix it immediately so that the rest of the refrigerator didn't burn up. Could not get anyone for over a week. Third technician showed up and thinks the valve might be bad, orders the parts and schedules one week out to install the parts. I call to confirm the parts have arrived and was told that they were moving my appointment to the next week. I told them no, I have an appointment for the 29th and they will keep it. That sack of worthlessness changed my appointment to 3 hours before my phone call to make it look like I missed the appointment and cancelled my appointment for the 29th, so when I called in to confirm the appointment they said there were none available and it would have to be next week. Nobody holds these worthless people responsible for terrible customer service so they feel they can do anything they want. Do not give them you money or time. |
Rob Goebel | Could not have been worse. Couldn't get a part for repair, customer service wait time on phone calls over 30 minutes and when you get thru to customer service they are unable to do anything helpful. Junked washer bought a new one... BUT NOT FROM SEARS. |
Aaron Hecker | I called and made an appointment to get my 55" 4k tv screen replaced since mine got cracked. i asked for a price range over the phone and the guy said 150-250 was typical for replacing a 4k screen. There's a 99 service call fee but it'll be applied towards any work done. When the repairman got here, he took down all the same info that i gave over the phone like the model number of the tv. Then he starts calling to get an estimate on the screen. I thought he'd already have the replacement screen on the truck since i provided all this info already. Long story short, 1500 to fix my tv that cost less than half that. I obviously didnt pay it but i had to pay the 99 fee for someone to come out and look at the model number, that i already told another person over the phone, just so i can get an estimate. |
