| Jay DeHart | Grove appliance repair was 1 of 3 companies i called. But they were the only ones the responded to my call. They had me scheduled for Saturday 11/16. My dryer was having and needed a belt and pulley replaced. They called on 11/14 and asked if they could come out today instead. Well that was nice for a change, a company that can call and move your service up a day. Zach called at 8:30 to let me know he was on his way and would be at my home in 25 to 30 mins. He arrived and diagnosed and repaired the issue with in 40 mins. Zach did a great job. The only issue I wish they would have done was applied the service call to the labor charge. I know when I had plumbing work done last week the service call was waived since I was actually having them repair the issue. But I was pleased with the repair and with Zach's service. I would highly recommend them. |
