| Tracy Scallys | I hired Schlemmer Brothers to install a vent system for a wood stove in a brand new pole barn, that is two stories with about 30' of stove pipe run. Interior of Building is unfinished at this time, basically a straight run to the roof of building. There was 3 installers working on it, 1 upon completion I noticed you could see daylight through the rubber boot at the roof between pipe & boot. I told them that the installation on the roof looked like s--t, make the pic bigger and you'll see what I am talking about. 2 missing screws that hold the T pipe to back of stove only 1 installed. 3 I was charged for new parts they installed some used, the used parts was top cap and paid for 10 new fire bricks they only installed 8 . Also, was charged for extended roof brackets, never was installed. Basically, a poor installation job! |
