Appliance Pros has given me great service more than once! Haley set up my appointment and gave me all of the info that I asked for! Cameron was my technician and was very nice! He got the job done correctly, also. Great place, for sure!!

I am only using them because of a home warranty. It's been a month since they accepted the job and a tech came out and ordered parts. 3 weeks later the parts arrive but don't contact me. I've only been able to reach their phone 2 times. One was to see if the parts were in, next to schedule an appointment to get the parts installed. The day it was supposed to be installed no one showed up from the time slot I was given and no one picked up the phone that day. I tried calling several times throughout the day and no one picked up. Someone picked up today and left me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Haven't been able to get ahold of anyone since. Absolutely the worst office customer service I've ever had to deal with. I have suggested to the warranty company to void their contract with them.

Cameron came out to my residence, wrote down refrigerator model and serial numbers. Cashed my check for the service call and never heard from again. Won't return my calls on their answering machine.
