| Heather Vitatoe | Brought my truck in to have 2 new tires put on the front. Drove it for almost 2 weeks and started hearing weird noises. Come to find out they didn't tighten down the lug nuts on the passenger side at all. So now I have 2 snapped studs hub assembly less than 7 months old and 4 missing lug nuts. When I talked to them They asked me where I drove my truck and what was I doing in the city they picked it up in, accused me of trying to get “free” services, just didn't possibly see how it could have broken and been their fault. A tire shop that doesn't tighten lug nuts and then gives very rude customer service when you bring their mistake to them. |
