| Rzy Bzy | Steve the tech came out for the second time and actually fixed my problem. The first time another guy showed up and didnt really examine the problem just said it was something simple and would order the part. Of course the part never showed up and it ended up being a different problem! They are very bad at getting back in touch, I actually left a few voicemails over the course of a week or so and finally they answered a call. When I got my appointment the techs were there EVERY time ON time. Wish there was more options to choose from for warrante parts/replacements/repairs. Was going to give 2 stars, but because of Steve being VERY nice and quick I'll bump to 3. |
