HandyAnne 001 | Darling answers the phone and it's very pleasant. I don't know how she does her job because the answer that she's always given to tell us as customers is that the part is on order. I waited over a month, for a part they said was in stock. Then I was scheduled for a week later which no one showed up for. Then I was told they didn't go and that I needed two more parts. I've never met Carl, but it seems he's always giving her the same answers and doesn't read his notes. So I'm calling Home Shield to request another company. |
