| Lisa Thompson | He showed up the first appointment Oct. 14th, when he said he would and was very personable. He had to order a part and returned the following week to install it. Again, he came when expected and did the work. He said he hoped this fixed the balance problem, but said it may not and to let him know. We payed in full that day. It did not fix the problem at all, so I called back. I have called and left voicemails on 10/23, 10/30, 11/4, 11/5 voicemail was full and was unable to leave a message. I left messages again on 11/14, 11/19, 11/20 when it was full again. After paying in full for the repair, and receiving no response after leaving ample messages it seemed my only recourse to get this made right is to leave a review. |
