I ordered the video ring bell on cyber Monday for a great price that was advertised. I did my homework on the item and for the best deals. Only to receive an email 5 days later and a refund after the purchase stating that there was a listing error. I missed all other cyber Monday deals. Now I don't have the items that I very much want to secure my mothers home. This is unacceptable. I don't trust this company and they are scams advertising items that are not accurate to obtain business. I'm still awaiting a call or email back concerning this issue.

I brought my subzero control board to Ray to have new relays soldered on. He did it right away and within 10 minutes. Very good customer service; so polite and helpful! I don't want to say I hope to come back because it means something is broken, but at least now I know a great place to bring my broken circuit boards! Thank you so much!

A great hidden gem. Great service and highly educated people in their field. The staff here work with you in order to understand what needs to be done to fix your equipment. They take pride in helping people and providing quality service. For any old schoolers needing to fix their old equipment, this is the place to go and have confidence that things will be done right and with integrity. Not many places today provide quality service but Electronic Express definetely does.
