Another repair company initially attempted to make the repair, but on both occasions, their effort were unsuccessful, although the repairman tried hard. The home warranty service then sent Leon from another company, owner of Advanced Appliance, and he was able to quickly diagnose the core problem which required additional parts and he graciously came back a second time, as soon as the needed parts were received, and made the repair successfully. After an extended period of on/off again refrigerator/freezer situation, my wife is now happy and we both have a newly acquired appreciation for the importance of that major appliance.
