Appliance Repair by A & J Complete Service Corp in Tiskilwa, Illinois

If I could give no starts I would horrible people... for the last 3 1/2 years my parents have spent 1000s on having everything redone by them.. 1st year all new ductwork and installed a new ac unit, then the next year a new air handler and some other minor stuff. Last year 2018 a new line set, also the ac unit outside was under warranty and it needed a new compressor that was fixed last year.. everything is new everything they have taken 1000s from my parents last year after these last 2 things were replaced the last things that were not new he said there shouldn't be anything eles that could go wrong.. well here we are 2019 and the ac is not working... We called him he said he would be here to look at it never showed we called left voicemails and he has ignored. Please bewear.. it's been a horrible journey that will lead to him being sued...

During the -25 degree temperatures our furnace decided it had enough. I first contacted a company called Tripple Service out of Mendota. They said we needed to replace our furnace, AC unit, duct work etc. Tripple service wanted 6,500 and could only get to our house on sat for an additional 300. I contacted A&J and Matt came out that night. He suggested we replace the furnace, but said what the other company quoted was unnecessary. A&J installed our new furnace the next day for a fraction of what Tripple Service wanted. A&J is an honest company, something that is truly hard to find these days. I will always call A&J for future issues / upgrades. Thanks again Matt.
