| Helen Kemp | I bought a three-piece electric reclining living room set from Betty roses about 18 months ago. The love seat stopped reclining 13 months ago we called them. They were very nice on the phone and made promises to come and check on it -never showed up !!!! Call them again and again they made promises -also no show again for the second time !!! The couch on one end is falling in ! By far the worst furniture I've ever bought in my 30+ years of buying furniture !!! never again ! They are so super nice but do not do anything that they say they're going to do and don't stand behind their furniture ! So now I have a loveseat that doesn't recline and a couch that's falling in on one end. That's a pretty sad record for only having it for a year and a half !!! Rip me off once but you won't rip me off again !!!! |
