| Adrian Johnson | Leased a electric washer and dryer from this business, come the day of delivery they call us to inform us they ordered a gas and would we accept it instead, we only have electric so the answer was no. I had taken the day off for this delivery so that's another 200. Gone. Wait a week for the next delivery no phone calls from the business when we called them they hung up on us once. Then they told the leasing company we already received the product which we have not. So finally after 3 weeks we call them, still no washer and dryer and no plans on ever getting us our washer and dryer. We told them we where done and called the leasing company and demanded our money back and they will deal with the business. I am not done I will be contacting the better business bureau, belleville new Democrat, the police as I believe they pulling a bait and switch scam with people. |

| Erin Settles | I bought an electric washer and dryer set and it was supposed to be delivered today 02/17/2020 and when your delivery guys got here your employee Alex marked the wrong dryer and they delivered a gas dryer. I called they store and one of the bosses said he was going to see if they could find my dryer and call me back. I waited an hour and no call so I called back and he said i called and you didnt answer, he called the wrong number, he said I had to wait till the following day and call and talk to Alex to arrange the delivery of my dryer. So basically blew me off and put it on someone else to fix. Fast forward to 5pm I start a load of clothes so I can take them to the laundromat to dry and it's now 648 and I've been draining water from my BROKEN WASHER for over an hour!!! So now I don't have a washer or a dryer and they're closed. I will be calling in the morning to get a refund and you can come get this junk out of my house . At this point I have no faith that you will make it right or give me different appliances that work . |
