There was only 1 person working at the warehouse with a bunch of people waiting to be helped so we had to wait our turn even though we were ready to pay for our furniture in full. This was an inconvenience because we had our 1 year old with us. I love my couch it is beautiful, comfortable and was affordable. The dining set is nice and had a great price point but the wood chips SO easily. During delivery, the seat on one of the chairs was damaged/chipped. No biggie, was told by the delivery guy it would take 2-3 weeks to replace. Fast forward 3 months I still had not gotten the piece, was told they were waiting for it to be delivered to the store and they would be in touch with me about it. I complained about it 3 months later and they had the piece next day. I was upset that it took so long for me to receive. |
