| Melissa Green | VERY rude people that work here, I have been completely nice and professional with them and they have been extremely rude arguing with me lying to me telling me they have been calling me leaving me message after message when they have not. I have NEVER been treated so badly by a company as this one did me. They came to my house FINALLY after calling over and over asking for service on my dishwasher, then came out told my father i needed a new pump then said they would get back to us. They never got back to me i called them EVERYDAY and was always pleasant with Terry and ALL he did was argue with me twlling me hes been leaving me messages, i have my phone by me 24/7 7 days a week also have a watch on my wrist so i didnt miss calls and he tells me hes leaving messages and no one has left messages i would have gotten them! He finally said after doing NOTHING to solve the problem and only arguing with me about messages VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude my co-workers have witnessed the whole thing qnd have listened to Terry talk to me the way he was. I would advise people NOT to call them for your repairs! At one point I asked Terry is this a joke amI being punked it was thar bad I cant people treat people the way they have me. Better Business Bureau WILL hear about this and how they treared me! |
