| madzillah . | Super disappointed. He fixed my fridge in Sept. and was great. It died in the same way in Nov. And then my dishwasher died, too. I called on 21 Nov. He came out to look at both. Fridge cooling was turned off; it needed to "dry out and be leveled". He would call about the dishwasher pump. I have had to instigate every communication after. The cooler on the fridge didn't reset and now the temp reading is messed up; beyond asking our model number twice, he was no help there. I had to ask about the dishwasher to find that the part was discontinued and he was looking. ...but have heard nothing back since. |
