| Kevin DeValk | DON'T USE Knearem's they will bill you, you pay it, then say YOU didn't pay the bill. After 4 months I got a letter form an attorney stating owe them money and if I didn't pay in a week I will get sued. I paid day of with a check and the technician wrote the check number on the bill. I took my prof to the attorney and was told I would get conformation that it was taken care of. 3 weeks later, after not hearing anything, called I called Knearem's and was told “well if you would pay your bills” as if it was my fault that he messed up. Mr. Knearem laughed the entire time I was on the phone like it was a joke, “I've been in business for 22 years” “I will operate my business how I want”. All I wanted was, sorry I messed up and didn't apply the payment, all I got was, you messed up, pay your bills. If you use them keep your invoice, because this sounds like this is his standard operating procedure just to get more money from you. |
