We were near Salem so we called and spoke with Bob who said to bring it right over and he would take a look. Even though it was already 3:00 PM on a Friday, he and one of his mechanics, Alex, were willing to stay after closing time to work on our RV and get us back on the road. The charge for the repair was minimal and we were able to avoid having a complete breakdown or worse. Bob and all his employees were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable. |
